Our aim is to bring back old fashioned service and professionalism to our clients and the community. We have to keep our cost down and our service high in order to afford us the time to understand the situation completely and work through all the alternative options and consequences before moving forward and as situations change. To achieve this we have a number of businesses practices which enable the freedom to practice law without looking at the clock. Firstly the business operates from home offices, ideally suited for this type of business operation. Secondly, initial interviews with clients are not timed as it is important we both “take time” and have a clear understanding from the outset before deciding to move forwards. Thirdly, we operate flexible hours in order to make a time that works best for you. If there is some difficulty for you to get to the office, we can even arrange a time that we will come to you at your home.
Lynch Legal Services is made up of the Principal, Nina Lynch, and two support staff. Nina has been in Townsville since 2006. She has worked at 7 different law firms in her career as a lawyer, 4 of which were in Townsville.
